Appricote Lemon Cake

Ingredients:
175 grams of butter
175 grams sugar
3 eggs
225 grams self-raising flour
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
175 grams of dried apricots, sliced
150 grams of roasted cashews, chopped
Syrup rub: 3 tbsp apricot, 1 tablespoon of water and 50 grams of sugar, heat
Topping: almonds, sliced taste
How to make:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius temperature, prepare baking pan shape
rectangular size 22 x 15 x 7 cm spread with margarine and line with paper
bread.
2. Beat butter and sugar until smooth, put the eggs one by one while
continues to be shaken.
3. Enter the self-raising flour, mix well, add the dried apricot and
cashew nut.
4. Bake for 40-50 minutes remove and sprinkle with sliced almonds and syrup
apricot.

For: 10 pieces
